Our basic catalog offers over 110 different products yet our open orders with each supplier gives us access to their entire catalog. 3. Severability

If any section of this Contract or any portion thereof is determined to be unenforceable or invalid by the decision of any court by competent jurisdiction, which determination is not appealed or appealable, for any reason whatsoever, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not invalidate the whole Contract, but the Contract shall be construed as if it did not contain the particular provision held to be invalid, and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be construed and enforced accordingly.

4. Payments and Prices

All online orders are processed through PayPal; this allows us to accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Eurocard, Discover, etc. By using PayPal, we can also guarantee that all transactions are secure – at no time do we have access to your private payment information. 5. Shipping and Availability

Both national and international shipping is handled by Canada Post – users can select their preferred shipping option which is calculated by a Canada Post API by taking into account item weight and box sizes. Please refer to Canada Post’s terms of use.

If the buyer does not receive his order or in the event that items are damaged upon receipt, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to contact TheArchaeologicalBox.com within 6 months of the purchase date.

In-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Estimated delivery times will not be applicable to orders that include out-of-stock products. Buyers will need to contact TheArchaeologicalBox.com if they require a valid delivery date estimate.

TheArchaeologicalBox.com is not responsible for any minor item variations between item photo and actual item such as exact color, perceived size, etc.

In accordance with Quebec Customer Protection Rules and Regulations, a merchant may receive an advance payment before performing his principal obligation only if the payment is by credit card.

6. Refunds, Exchanges and Cancelled Orders

An order may be canceled at any time prior to shipping. Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds: Users are required to notify TheArchaeologicalBox.com within 3 months of the purchase date and the unused items must be returned within 6 months of purchase date.

Exchanges and store credits:  Users are required to return the unused items within 6 months of purchase date.

Users must contact TheArchaeologicalBox.com prior to returning any purchase. A copy of the transaction receipt must be included with the returned items. Any resulting return fees including shipping and handling as well as customs fees will be incurred by the user. Refunds, exchanges and store credit will be granted once the order is returned to TheArchaeologicalBox.com and items are inspected.
Limitation of Liability

Responsibility, whatever the type of action taken against TheArchaeologicalBox.com including its owners, employees, officers, agents or affiliates, at any time will be limited to the value of the goods included in the transaction and it will not apply to any resulting loss or damage suffered by the buyer or by a third party.

7. Conflicts between the Buyers and TheArchaeoligicalBox.com

In the event of unresolved conflicts between the parties, TheArchaeologicalBox.com reserves the right to present necessary recourses to the appropriate judicial offices.

8. Acceptance of contract

By purchasing from TheArchaeoligicalBox.com, visitors acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms of Use – The Trowel Shop. It is the responsibility of the visitor to also become familiar with our Terms of Use and our Confidentiality Agreement before browsing or using the site or the services. TheArchaeologicalBox.com reserves the right to modify the present document without prior notice or reprieve to the visitor.
