This major international conference is organised by the Department of Archaeology and Conservation, Cardiff University, and is generously supported by the British Academy. Scientific and interpretative archaeology often speak to very different audiences despite shared interests in themes such as landscape, climate, subsistence, social structure and cultural identity.
