A conference banquet will be held at the Fairmont Palliser Hotel on the evening of Saturday, 01 May, 2010. Further details to follow. Day-Trips: A day-trip to Blackfoot Crossing Historical Park on the Siksika Nation will take place during the conference (date, time, and cost to be announced). The trip will include guided tours of the new Blackfoot Crossing Historical Park Interpretive Centre, the famous Cluny Fortified Village, and the Treaty No. 7 signing location at Blackfoot Crossing. POST-CONFERENCE FIELD TRIP FEAR AND LOATHING ON THE ALBERTA PLAINS III: A two day bus trip is planned for the Sunday and Monday following the conference (May 2 & 3, 2010). We will depart from the Palliser Hotel Sunday morning and return Monday evening. Flights should not be planned for Monday departure from Calgary unless they are late evening.
